2. Notice of Infringement
To report claimed copyright infringement, submit a written notice containing the following information:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The specific URL or location within ClipBolt where the allegedly infringing content is located
- A detailed explanation of why you believe the content infringes your copyright
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law
- Your electronic signature or typed name as verification under penalty of perjury (pursuant to 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3)(A))
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Please note that false claims of copyright infringement can result in legal liability. Do not submit a notice unless you have a genuine belief that infringement has occurred.
3. Takedown Procedure
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, ClipBolt will:
- Investigate the claim promptly and in good faith
- Remove or disable access to the alleged infringing content if the claim is valid
- Notify the affected user of the takedown action
- Preserve evidence and communicate with both parties
4. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the removed content and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error
- An explanation of why you believe the content does not infringe the claimed copyright
- Your electronic signature or typed name as verification
- A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in Ohio and will accept service of process from the complainant

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
ClipBolt maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. Users who repeatedly violate copyright law or submit content in violation of others' intellectual property rights will be subject to account termination:
- First Strike: Warning and education about copyright compliance
- Second Strike: Account suspension and mandatory review period
- Third Strike: Permanent account termination and deletion of all user content
Serious or egregious violations may result in immediate account termination without following the three-strike process. ClipBolt reserves the right to report violations to law enforcement as appropriate.
6. User Responsibilities
All ClipBolt users are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe the copyright or intellectual property rights of others. Users certify that:
- They own or have explicit permission to process all videos uploaded to ClipBolt
- The content does not infringe any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights
- They have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions for the video content
Unauthorized downloading of videos (including from YouTube or other platforms without permission) and processing them through ClipBolt violates copyright law and these terms.
7. Legal Compliance
This DMCA policy complies with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. Section 512). ClipBolt acts as a service provider and applies the safe harbor provisions available to such providers.

While ClipBolt takes copyright seriously, we cannot monitor all user content. The existence of this policy does not constitute legal advice, and ClipBolt is not liable for content processed through the Service.
